Dark Ages: I really don't like reading that much but The Demon Slayer actually caught my eye. I think that the concept of the series is very original and different. I love how you incorporated The Demon Slayer genre into the Buffy world. I read the first two episodes and I have to say they were good. I love the action in the episodes and how you written the characters, I really like Noah but he can be a big ass. Which I think he was well written, the story lines were really good and original. Well I will be reading more of The Demon Slayer, so can't wait to read episode three. Keep going and don't quit I cant wait till the episodes begin to spill out.

Hey i totally love ur fanfic Demon Slayer.
It was a really smart idea to show it from the guys point of view of the slayer destiny.
So i have a couple of questions:
1. So are any other characters from Buffy or Angel coming 2 guest star in the series
2. Will Willow come back?
3. Is Steven's Brother and Sister gonna find out he is a Slayer
4. Is Steven's friend Chance going 2 pop up in the later episodes or seasons?

Thanks! I'm happy you like The Demon Slayer but it sucks to tell you that I wont be finishing The Demon Slayer. Its being put to rest. I didnt feel for it as I did when I first started out. But I do have a new series coming out called East Wick. You should check into that when it airs at the end of this summer. Thanks again for the great feedback.

Eastwick 1.01
SO!
I've read it. I loved it.
Spoiler:
KUDOS TO YOU MY MAN.
I really liked this opening episode. The characters are brilliant and I love the whole premise with the two families, Cromwells and Eastwick. The casting has worked really well for you, as each actor/actress has come from working in strong series' before but they're all original characters. I love that you've left everything quite open about everyone's motivation as it made me personally want to read future episodes to find out more about each character. One thing I will say about the casting though, and I found this problem with SS, try not to be too influenced with how the actors have performed past characters. I definitely saw some Brooke Davis in October's character so if it's possible, try to give her a unique angle as she could be show stopping as October Eastwick.
I couldn't shake this feeling as I read the opening episode though that the big explanation about the past between the families was slightly rushed and a lot to take in. I don't know if you've seen Alias, where Sydney the main character thinks she's fighting for the good guys but she's in fact working for the enemy and she breaks out to fight them with the real good guys? I saw huge parallels between Eastwick and Alias, (in a good way by the way). I don't know if the Pilot episode might have benefited more from a similar style where October is working for her mother and then figures out she's actually part of the new BB and decides to break out. But then this is my mind toying with your series and of course something like that might mess with your original plans. I hope there are some flashbacks or something to explain more about October's involvement with her mother and the BB.
I was quite shocked that the Cromwells were so trusting to October. If I were in their position I wouldn't have, knowing that her mother had killed Watchers. Kat and Asher also were quite trusting considering this news. I hope they doubt her to a certain extent and this comes across in future episodes
I think my favourite character so far is deffo October. I love all the others but her "orgasm" line was just hilarious and I love the slight anti-hero as you know with Xak in my series. She's dark, hilarious and I think from what I've seen so far, genuinely wants to fight the good fight.
In terms of nitpicking, there were a tiny few spelling mistakes and also this line:
He nudges Rorri aside and looks Kat up and with pleasure.
Rorri gives Carter a push.
CARTER: You're married!
Is it supposed to be Rorri saying that last line? I wasn't sure if it was just a typo or not.
Also I have a few questions:
1. Obviously this series is set in the VERSE. But what year? Is it 2008, aka modern day, or is it after the end of "Chosen"? I only ask because it would be really interesting if it was explained what happened to the world since the slayer spell as it doesn't seem to have effected it much in this opening episode but then again we have only seen what's going on in Eastwick.
2. I saw that you're crossing over with Riley? Will it mean that one needs to follow Riley too in order to understand the cross over?
So yeah! That was rather epic feedback but just so I'm clear... I love what I've seen so far and I really want this to be an amazing series as it has so much potential and I'm certain you can pull it off, you're a very talented writer with a keen eye for detail.
Oh and before I go...
Well done for keeping Melanie alive AND the white cat? ME THINKS DOOM!

I can totally see where you came from with that. I noticed it also and I do want to break away from that. The scene where she let down Spencer in the Woods, her mean comment about out of his league. So, Brooke Davis

Yes, I love Alias. The whole Alias thing, you just brought It up and it is similar. I find it kinda cool. Yes, we will have flashbacks on October and her life before she came to East Wick. That will actually happen in the third episode, when her mother comes to town.
I was quite shocked that the Cromwells were so trusting to October. If I were in their position I wouldn't have, knowing that her mother had killed Watchers. Kat and Asher also were quite trusting considering this news. I hope they doubt her to a certain extent and this comes across in future episodes.
Lex, you're right. The Cromwells' were very open and trusting to October, so were Kat and Asher. Since you've pointed that out I will actually add that in episode two. (it fits in perfectly) You're awesome!
LEX! Thank you so much for pointing that error out. I went back and fixed! Your amazing, again!

I only ask because it would be really interesting if it was explained what happened to the world since the slayer spell as it doesn't seem to have effected it much in this opening episode but then again we have only seen what's going on in Eastwick.
The year is 2005 in EW and I'll be stating that in episode 2. Also I'm going to add in episode two: "What happened to L.A.?" The world is basically the same but L.A. is a dead city and Angel won the battle. (Hope that helps)
2. I saw that you're crossing over with Riley? Will it mean that one needs to follow Riley too in order to understand the cross over?
No, you wont need to follow Riley to get the crossover, BUT! The crossover will be on my series and his. It's going to be a two-parter. One in East Wick and one in Latain (town in Riley) What keeps our series connected is we have two of the same actors in our series so we made them twin brothers, with a back story. It fits in quite perfectly.
So yeah! That was rather epic feedback but just so I'm clear... I love what I've seen so far and I really want this to be an amazing series as it has so much potential and I'm certain you can pull it off, you're a very talented writer with a keen eye for detail.
Thanks, Lex for the kind words and you're awesome and I'm so happy you read and will continue to read. I have a lot of ideas in my noggin! Even with this feedback you've helped me to make my series even better.
And Yes, I LOVE Melanie! She's gonna be a mini-villain... I guess you can say. Hm... and that white cat? Good or Bad omen????Last edited by Dark Ages; 28-12-08, 08:46 PM.East Wick Season Two -Coming Soon-

Kevin, you already know I gave you some feedback when I edited the episode, but I just wanted to say I really love your new series.
All the scenes were useful, and the characters you set up were very nice. I loved the scene in the apartment hallway where everyone came to together, cause that's when you really just went, "oooooh! I get it now!". Very cool. As you know, I really love October's character, and Melanie is pretty awesome, too. The Cromwells' are all really interesting, and Kat/Asher might be my favorites! I want flashbacks for them
Basically, this is a brilliant "Pilot" episode. This is going to be one of the best series on BuffyForums. Fabulous! Can't wait for the next one

Well I loved the first episode.
It was amazing how you introduced the characters.
I really loved how this turned out. And I hope the rest of these episodes are very good.
Oh and my favorite seen was when Carter and Kat meet. I just found that funny.
Good job

Kevin, I gave you my thoughts, but you might want a record of 'emHere's short thoughts:
LOVE the new characters: Geni, Delilah, and Darwin...Delilah especially. I feel that they're story was great in this episode and I loved learning more about the other siblings, can't wait to see them in later episodes. You know that I'm not extremely keen on "kidnap and rescue!" stories, but you pulled it off, IMO. I'm really glad these aren't just some random kids like in "Reptile Boy" and that it's related to the overall mytharc of the series. I really liked that twist!
Overall, another great episode! Not as great as the "Pilot", but that's a hard episode to top. This episode certainly did it's job in developing your characters and handing out a really interesting story! Amazing job, once more! Can't wait for next week's episode! October's backstory?
Love it!

Yeah, this episode wasn't as good as the first, but I think the others after this will be as good as the pilot.Hope so.
Also I wasn't to keen on the kidnapping episode either but I tried to put a twist at the end.

Okay let me say I loved this new episode.
I loved the fact that you showed flashbacks that involved October's life b4 East Wick
I also like the Carmichael and Darwin relationship. Hopefully Carmichael doesn't kill him.
I especially like the fact that you made it so that Carter got his job back and Maureen and him are at odds about it. Hopefully they work out there problems
All in all. I liked the episode. Cant wait for the next one.

HOLY CRAP
This episode was the shit.
Poor Rorri I cant believe she has to learn how to walk again. That is going to suck. Hopefully she pulls through and is able to again.
Parker was amazing. I cant believe his cover was almost blown. Wonder who he was on the phone with? I cant believe Melanie was an initiative member. Will that ever be explained?
The whole Darwin/Carmichael relationship was cute. To bad Carmichael was a bad boy.lol. I hope Darwin finds someone new.
Delilah. That was really sad. I felt so bad that she got possessed. Will she ever get back to normal?
And finally Selma is working with the first. Who totally did not see that coming? I hope it gets interesting with the first.
All in all I like the episode. it gets a 10

Hey Kevin heres the feedback I promised
So what can I say? Great startoff episodes to the season. I love the direction you are taking the season with Selma working for 'The First'. I love the fact that you have chosen such a bad-ass baddie to be his vessel without making her basically a new version of Caleb.
I also love the different characters you present in the VS so far. From the bitchy, overbearing mother in Selma to the timid and suppressed Prudence to the rebellious October. It's good that you've managed to make October both a slayer and a witch without her becoming an insanely powerful Mary-Sue.I also love how you play Vampires and god you love to make your characters both good and bad a little on the pervy side don't ya
Looking forward to Episode 5 and beyond!!!!
