Here are all the tutorials I've written. They were originally posted on BW, but as that forum's crashed, I'm moving them here
These all are created for Photoshop as it's the program I use, but most of the effects are probably transferable to other graphic editors, like PSP, PS Elements, or GIMP. (I've never worked in either of them, though, so I won't be able to help you should you have any questions regarding these programs; sorry!) All of these tutorials, of course, work for higher versions of PS.
