Without any evidence to hold her, Sheriff Lamb releases Veronica from jail. Josh (guest star Jonathan Chase), makes contact with Veronica and insists that he is being framed for his father's murder and, though Veronica has sympathy for him, she doesn't know if she believes him. Keith learns that the coach's wife, Kathleen Barry (guest star Tracey Needham), hired Vinnie Van Lowe (guest star Ken Marino, "Reno 911") to find out if her husband was having an affair. Meanwhile, Logan joins Mac and Parker on a Valentine's Day scavenger hunt. Percy Daggs, Francis Capra, Ryan Hansen and Chris Lowell also star.

Um, wow. :eek: I don't even know where to begin with what happened... Um, I'll start with the MoTW and build up from there. I really liked this two part case. It had a nice feel and the twist at the end was good, I was hoping it wasn't Josh. I thought it was his mom for a second but it ended up being what the coach wanted. Though, I don't understand why he got into an argument with his son on the day he was supposed to die. Too many witness could come forward and say they saw the argument.

I liked the Mac/Logan/Parker/Bronson stuff. It's good to see Logan interacting with someone who's not Dick or Veronica. Also, was that Mac's first time or did she and Beaver actually do it in 'Not Pictured?' The PaLo, we should have seen it coming. She's blond and Logan loves blonds. I actually liked it. I wasn't sure at first, I thought it'd make Parker look bad but I don't think it did.

Now, the ending. Don't read any further if you don't want to be spoiled. Lamb's dead! I didn't see that coming, I just thought he was hurt badly. I figured when the commissioner called he was just asking for Keith to fill in while Lamb recovers but nope, Lamb's dead. On top of that, Sheriff Mars is back?! Poor Sacks BTW, he looked traumatized. I've always liked him and he respects Keith so, hopefully, we'll get more of him.

Also, what will happen to Mars Investigations? Will Veronica continue to work there? Will it disappear? This will add a new dynamic to the show and it could be one of two things: VM's reckoning or rebirth. I'm hoping for a rebirth. I loved Lamb, but I hope his death doesn't harm the show. Though, RT did manage to piss of a lot of fans.

And I wonder, will VM be sporting new credits soon? Keith's sheriff, Lamb's gone, and Romantic!LoVe's over, for what I'm guessing is the rest of the season. Will they bother to change them (probably after the break) or will they stay the same? This situation is different then the Duncan thing last season since this changes everything, well not everything, I'm being overly dramatic, but it's changed a lot.
