Who is your favorite Smallville Character?

Just wanted to know what are your guy's favorite Character from the hit TV Sshow Smallville.

I would have to say Chloe. She is a great pperson and a loveable character. She doesnt take any crap and she always have her friends back. I love Chloe I love her story line in the last season. Just she is everything, if she left the show I dont know what I'll do.

I HAD to choose Chloe (*is so shameless*). She has always been my favorite She's like my hero, like an idol to me. Plus, Allison Mack is amazing. Of course, I adore Chloe for being the intrepid reporter, so smart and sassy. She's tough, a bit guarded, but I love seeing her show her vulnerable side.

*dittos JJ* I love Chloe's see a problem, do something about it attitude. I love her selfless support of others. And I also love how she is not a character from the comics and having some "destiny" she has to fulfill in the scheme of plotlines. She's an unknown element.

I also really like how Smallville and Erica Durance have portrayed Lois. Typically, Lois is the reason I hate the Superman story. But here her brashness and annoyingness actually come off endearing and empowering.

So yay for the Lane Sullivan cousins!

To make this a Chloe-foursome, I must admit: I LOVE CHLOE!

She is, without a doubt, my favorite character no matter what season. She's consistently the same person despite elements tossed in to spice up her story. She's still the intelligent, powerful, caring woman that's there for her friends and family and knows her potential and is willing to fulfil it.

There's really nothing to NOT love about Chloe for me. I think she has to be one of the most "perfect" characters I've seen on television in the longest time. She's just fantastic and Allison Mack is...BEYOND perfect for the role! She took the paper version of the character and just...blew it out of the water.

Miss Lois Lane is another character I never cringe at seeing. Again with the powerful, confident woman with a fantastic, spunky, abrasive attitude.

And then there's the most SHOCKING character for me to even consider to be in my Top 3: Lana Lang. All of this is because of late Season 5 and Season 6 development (in my opinion).

The way she became so...independent in Season 6 was really a nice development. By mid-season she was the bitchtastic fiance of Lex Luthor and she fit the role perfectly. Afraid of the publicity and how she'll be portrayed...Wanting to use money to help people and eventually realizing it's a powerful weapon...and then, ultimately, being willing to let Lex die in the tunnels in "Nemeis" and even being UBERbitchy to Lionel while he was lying in the hospital in the same episode.

The scenes in "Zod" blew my mind what with her defying Zod and fighting him. Not only did she enhance the season premier to a level of brilliance but she also made the last half of the season mind blowingly entertaining with her blackmailing, scheming, and becoming a cold-hearted bitch.

But yeah...Lana was an annoying pain in the ass in Seasons 1-3 and most of 4 (except for the Isobel stuff, in my opinion) and 5. But Season 6...it made me love her! Which is scary!

In the end, my top 3 is now the SURPRISING following...

1. Chloe Sullivan
2. Lois Lane
3. Lana Lang

Chole has always been my favorite character. I realate to her, and she is so endeering to watch.

My second would have to be lex (for most of the seasons, haven't seen all of s6) Because yes I know he is evil, but he is a mastermind and watching him grow from clarks bff to his arch-nemis has been one of my favrotie things about the show.

Wow, I'm kinda surprised Chloe is the favorite here because she's about the only character on the show I don't like. She's just so bland.

Shocking indeed. Your reasoning isn't shocking, and even I have to admit that I didn't completely cringe during her every appearance this season. But I think over five years has done it's trick on me, and I can't get over it just yet I do agree that the scheming, cold-hearted bitch they turned her into is a vast improvement. Kristin did give some chill-worthy performances. And it feels unreal saying that. I just wish they would have kept her more evil, like Lex's accomplice or even an enemy, but still just...not good.

Lex/Michael Rosenbaum used to be such a standout for me as well. But hmm...I was annoyed with how pathetic he seemed all season. And he's had the scene stolen by Lana soooo many times.

So, I'll stick with my top two as Chloe (of course) and Lois, the more lovably obnoxious and extreme half of the duo

Well, I'm probably going to be thrown under a bus, but my favorite character is Lana. She has developed from a sweet, naiive teenager to a strong, intelligent young woman who can give back as well as she takes (even from Lex). I think Clana is an interesting ship, but I've loved seeing Lana take charge these past two seasons, especially S6, and finally stop being such a pushover.

My second favorite would be Clark... and it seems that nobody has voted for him yet... And it's weird, because I usually don't prefer the hero, but the bad!boy, but I just love Clark...I think it has to do with all of the red kryptoninte episodes... cuz deep down he really can be a bad!boy....

Well I was watching SM last night and I just studied Lois the whole time. Man, I love her know, she actually one of the most greatest character!!!!! I still love Chloe but its somthing about Lois that I love. The way she carries her self, she's a bad ass chick that kicks butt. Her personality is awsome and she doesn't take crap from no body. I love how she keeps Clarks on his toes, and I think Clark likes that too. But I've changed who was my favorite. LOIS!!!!!!!!!!!

As in Superman's cousin...she's going to be in the next season. I find her a fasciating character...so fragmented and screwed up. Not sure they'll do her any kind of justice, but hoping for something interesting...
