Season 8 DVD

Hey guys. I just thought I would post that Season 8 comes out September 11, 2007 in the US just incase some of you didn't know. I can't wait!

I just really hope that they can get rights to the theme song for the region 1 release because I have heard the new one they put on there and I'm not a fan of it. "How Soon is Now' is one of the best theme songs of all time and I would really hate to see it go now that we are actually getting special features. I want the whole thing dammit!

It's already out here in the UK, and I already have it I can't believe they changed the theme song though, as I too didn't like it. The Charmed Theme song was recognizable, I mean, if you heard that you're like, Yup, Charmed is on. It's like Buffy, except Buffy is more upbeat and has no words...But I wasn't keen on the 8th season

I got the dvd's 2 months ago, ordered them from Australia
But didn't get a chance to watch them yet as I was capping season 7 first.
The weirdest thing though! I never noticed we had a different opening tune! That's strange! Did we have the normal tune when it was airing? stupid question, I know, but I never noticed! *slams head*

Liscence issues occured and the rights were taken away, so the R2 and R4 DVDs were given a weird instermental thing. When the season originally aired, it had the proper theme.

R1 was fighting to get the theme back, but its not clear if they did or not.

Hmm, Australia got theirs in May or something, or April, it was also Silver (Season 7 was yellow)
