That's the synopsis of the episode of Smallville that just aired last night.

IMHO, it was incredible. I loved it, and it was one of the best episodes of the season, right behind "Blue" and "Gemini", probably. Maybe better than them. I can't decide right now

A hell of a lot of information came our way. First off: what is Lionel's agenda? Is he evil? Is he a changed person? We know Clark's opinion, but that's obviously because he was almost killed because of Lionel's agenda. But, is he really evil? I don't think so. I think he wants to protect Clark, but like Clark said: Lionel is a Luthor. He wants things for himself, and he'll do almost anything to get them. I think he's sitting in the grey area, and could....

    BIG SPECULATION FOR 7.16:

    Spoiler:
possibly be the one to finally die in 7.16

Next, Patricia Swan She was so totally amazing! I loved her talk with Lionel in the rain. It was my favorite scene of the episode, because she delivered everything so perfectly and gave some of the most vital information of the whole entire season. Speaking of Veritas, this thing is so damn interesting. The Teagues, Queens, Swans, and Luthors. Interesting mix. Never thought they'd all be friends, they're so different. I loved the reveal that Lionel killed the Queens, one of the Teagues (we all know how Genevieve died The question is, why didn't he kill her?), and possibly Professor Swan. Also, now Lex knows about it. And will do anything to learn more about it, as we learned when he killed Patricia! I'm so sad about that! I gasped, literally, when she was shot! I LURVED her

Also, how awesome are Lana/Chloe together? The tag team sneaking into the mansion, saving Kara, and pissed off Chloe yelling at Jor-El! Perfect, she totally rules. I love them, so much. And Lana using Lex's manipulation against him Great!

I probably missed something, but that's it for the time being. Basically, I loved this episode! Can't wait for next week's. It looks AMAZING.

This epsiode was AWSOMENESS. Like you siad above Ben, I love the teen work between Lana and Chloe. At first I hated Lana with a passion but since season six her character has changed alot and I like that. I did as well fell in love with the beautiful Patricia. I love the way she talked and walked. Her character was cut short thow which makes me MAD!

Is Lionel Evil? I say no. I can tell in his eyes that he doesnt want to hurt Clark. Clark is the son he never had, its just Lionel goes about the wrong way of protecting people he cares for. Also I think he has changed by what that guard said (the one that was torturing Clark in the krytonite sell) He siad that Lionel and Lex are two different people. That Lex is more heartless than Lionel. So I think that Lionel has chaged. I love Kara and happy she got her powers and memories back. I hagted seeing her in that helpless state with Lex. I LOATH LEX, by the way. I just didnt want to see one of Clark's girls under Lex Luthor's spell again.

So yes this episode was awsome and I loved it.

I LOVED this episode. I really loved that Kara got her powers back! Patricia Swann was good. Lionel I think is evil personally could be wrong though... I hate that lex killed off Patricia. I LOVED how pissed chloe was at Jor-el =D

I'm sure I missed something but this episode is one of the best of the season still doesn't beat "Justice" but nothing in my oppinion has so far ^_^

Very good episode.....nobody here has mentioned the fact that Chloe admitted out loud to loving Clark in this episode tonight.... Where was Lana for that?

I did think the beginning was a bit choppy and amateur-ist. Especially the scene where Chloe and Lana are in the barn....it seemed very 'look Lana, a clue' 'right where I first glanced' 'this is so not easy' But after that the episode got better....I am really tired of the pulling people out of the woodwork that know about Clark, though....it gets kinda old after a while. Interesting that Oliver's parents were involved though. I think it's kind of sad that we are seeing a wrap up to previous seasons plots with the mentioning of Swann and the Teagues and Queens, though...it just reminds us that the end is drawing near (even if we are getting another season next year - minus some major characters).
