Adrian secretly plants a bomb on Chloe (Allison Mack) and tells Lois (Erica Durance) if she doesn't get Lex to admit the truth about his experiments with 33.1, he will detonate the bomb. Chloe, thinking she is about to die, confesses to Jimmy (Aaron Ashmore) that she is a meteor freak.
Um, I should be doing other things right now. I should keep this quick, but I had stuff in my head and didn't want to forget...eh, screw it. Other to-do list items be damned!

Okay, all the doubles of....well, everyone. Just kind of weird.

That line about something to the effect of "Milton Fine?! and You destroyed Zod's PDA!" seemed a bit unnatural. Like on certain shows (okay, Passions) where they have to regurgitate plot points to remind the viewer what's going on or already happened. So they "casually" work a not-so-quick recap into the dialogue. At least Smallville doesn't do it at least twice per episode. At least, not that I've noticed.

I find the clone!cestuous relationship between Grant/Julian and Lex slightly disturbing. Disturbing because I'd totally go for it. Aww, I find it a sweet that Lex just wanted a brother (so much that I'll buy that as his selfish reason.)

Lana, you're making me cringe again. I'm sorry. I just...couldn't stand her at all today. I hope that since Clark doesn't want to hide anymore how much he totally wants Lex (in jail, whatever), she'll be all badass and cool again soon enough.

Poor Chloe and her worst secret Santa ever. I know not many people are fans of Jimmy/Chloe, and they're certainly not my number one ship of choice. But dammit, I liked seeing them all stuck in the elevator together. The filmstrip thing was a bit much, but I at least enjoyed them Dude, Chloe can totally fly. She just doesn't know it yet. Um, at least she doesn't die from healing an injured finger. But I wouldn't be fond of that power with the side effect.

Ooh, Chloe and Lana scene! Awkward! And they try to play it off all normal.
would you do anything for me

I just gotta say, I love it.

I really, really like Chloe/Jimmy and their scenes were superb! I didn't know Chloe could control her power, but know we know, and that's good. Hopefully, she won't pull an I'm dead again. The whole bomb idea was a good one, but poor Chloe. Everyone has been beating on her these past two years I feel so bad for her, but YAY for more Chloe/Jimmy/Lois screen time!

Lex is intriguing! Did he make Julian or is he REALLY Julian? I hope it's the first one so Jizzle Dizzle will be right about Lex's selfish needs

Clark/Lana's story was a bit boring, but I liked the Bizarro twist. Unfortunately, Lana's turning more and more less-badassey (that's not a word).

      I really, really liked it

I thought this was a fantastic episode!

I could tell from the get-go that Clark was not Clark...there was just something sinister in his eyes when Lana was showing him project Zion. I felt really bad for Lana in this episode. She finally thinks she's clearing up her Lex issues and being completely honest with Clark...and it's not even him. I have a feeling that the spoiler that's floating around about
        Spoiler:
someone dying in a future episode and staying dead - is going to be Lana...I think Bizarro is going to be responsible for her actual death

As far as Jorel locking Clark in ice - I don't think that's how it played out. I think that when Clark removed that crystal and it sent Kara far, far away, that it also split Clark again into bizarro, that they had a fight, and bizarro somehow managed to lock Clark in ice...that's just my opinion on how it played out.

I LOVED the elevator scenes with Chloe & Jimmy....I think they totally should be together, and it warmed my heart that Chloe finally came clean with Jimmy. I'm glad to see that Chloe's powers have been progressing offscreen and she can now heal at will. But to transfer the other person's wounds to herself must totally suck...

Ok, so onto my main reaction...I finally LOVED Lois! Usually I can't stand her, but this episode made me really like her character. Erica Durance turned in an outstanding performance in this episode. I felt so bad for her at the end when Grant broke up with her...and she wouldn't let him kiss her goodbye. I actually teared up in that scene...

I loved the cloning my baby brother storyline...that is such a Lex thing to do...especially since we know he cloned Lana and it didn't work...he just wants a family so badly....Grant hit the nail on the head about Lex needing somebody to love him so desperately...sent me back to early seasons Lex who was so envious of Clark's relationship with the Kents and being the little lost school-boy.

Very well written and acted episode....I think this one has been my favorite so far of the season.

Well, Jor-El said, "There will be consequences". If Jor-El didn't lock Clark in ice, what was his consequence? Did Jor-El set Bizarro free?

That's how I'm thinking it went down. I think the Martian Manhunter locked Bizarro as an icicle in the Fortress and Jor-El's "consequences" for Clark were releasing Bizarro from the ice and locking Clark there in his place. Extremely harsh consequences, yeah, but it definitely goes back to fans' uneasiness when Clark easily accepted the "Don't ask, don't tell" policy with the Martian Manhunter since that totally did just bite him in the ass.

I don't know...I'm more of the line that the 'consequences' were't of Jorel's doing but more of the actual consequences that happened to arise from Clark not listening to him yet again...It's like telling a 3 year old not to touch a hot stove...if they touch it, the consequence is going to be they get burned...the parent didn't 'make' them get burned, it was a natural consequence of disobedience.

I forgot that MM locked Bizarro up somewhere...maybe breaking that crystal released him...I'm still going for the fight between the two, though...

But how would that release Bizarro?

I'm with Heather that Jor-El was behind this. Because, I don't see how Bizarro could get out otherwise.

But at the end of "Blue," when Jor-El tells Clark that there must be consequences for having disobeyed him, the Fortress began to rumble and everything was consumed in white light. To me, that reeks of Jor-El's hand. And it does seem like a very Jor-El-thing to do - going to the extreme to teach one lesson.

Though we'll all find out soon enough. Hopefully "Persona" (7.10) will explain how it all happened. Granted, we won't be seeing that episode until the end of January or possibly February...

That long? Really? That's HORRIBLE! I hate to wait...

I still don't know about Jorel actually locking Clark up, though...I'm sticking to my guns and saying that by breaking that crystal it did all kinds of wonky things - like sending Kara to never-never land and releasing Bizarro....I don't think Jor-el would lock Clark up like that.
