What did everyone think of this one?

I found it to be a bit of a setting up one- they're reminding us of Thatcher's existence, of the fight Cristina has in her and setting up a Hahn/Yang showdown, but overall not a really strong ep. Solid, but not tight.

How awesome did I find it that Gizzie had the bad sex?! Haha... that made me happy! Too bad maybe that this didn't happen before George threw his marriage away- I still think Callie/George have 'chemistry' to make it happen, there's just a nice vibe between them, but she'd be an idiot to want to go back with him...

Speaking of poor Callie, she can't catch a break... but to be honest, I think she took advantage of Bailey, she certainly didn't fight to keep her position. Not that I can blame her, she's had enough bad stuff going on, and surgery is her solace.

I found the Lexie/Mer thing cute and loved it when Mer actually called her "my sister". yayness.

So here's hopin' that the Gizzie ickiness will continue to find no fruition, and strikes aside, the show will go on...

Yeah, Callie totally took advantage. I understand her wanting to get away from it though because no one seems to look at her with authority. Nonetheless, she should have found a way to instill her authority rather than pawn it off on someone who already had it. That said, it was great to see Bailey back in action.

And oh yes. Yay for the bad sex. 'Cause I have to hope this spells an end for this doomed ship very soon!!

I'm so happy Gizzie have no chemistry and had very bad sex I definitely think they really showed them trying repeatidly and that they both seemed to realise it wasn't going to work.. yay for the end of the worst storyline ever!!

God Meredith was mean to Lexie by say she couldn't see Alex. But at least she turned it around in the end. And yeah I agree, I think bringing Thatcher back in that way is a set up.. I bet they'll kill him off next just to give Meredith more issues /sigh

I loved that we had more Bailey but it did feel a bit out of character to have her break down at the end like that It could be her marriage, but even still.. she's the Nazi..

I wonder what they are going to do with Callie now.. is she just going to be a resident? Because that would be really embarassing for her going back into that role. But it's definitely nice to have more Bailey, and I liked the advice she gave Christina to make her fight for Cardio more.

Umm what else happened.. oh yeah the newest couple, Derek and the Chief I loved that with the shirt stain and him walking in on Derek and Meredith And Mark trying to get Dr Hahn was nicely done too.

I really hope this is going to be the end of Gizzie, I don't mind Meredith crap if there is no Gizzie.. just both makes this show very painful at the moment!!

I liked this eppy, but to be honest I'm liking all of the S4 eppy's this year

So, I'm so glad that Bailey took her rightful place as chief, because IMO Callie was being such a bitch! How unfair was it of her to keep taking advantage of Miranda and not giving her any of the credit...it's about time the Chief wised up!

I hope they don't hook up McSteamy and Hahn... I love McSteamy and he needs a good woman to sort him out...and Hahn is ugly. Well, she is, and she's seems older than him and like a total bitch. I don't like her, other than to be an antagonist. Plus, she gives off a lesbian vibe to me. I dunno. McSteamy needs to be hooked up with Izzie. Or I could even get into Christina...because they had some major chemistry when they were observing Hahn's surgery with the pushy and rude talk. Or save McSteamy for me, whatever...

I don't really want Alex to hook up completely with Lexie...the casual thing is ok, but I think Alex's heart will always belong to Izzie...how cute was it that he was so hurt a few episodes back when he found out that Izzie was with George? I smell feelings still a brewing there, and Alex/Izzie is another couple I'd totally be on the bandwagon with.

I liked the '5 things' arc in the episode. I thought it was cute that Meredith called Lexie her sister at the end and refered to her trombone. Very cute. I hope Mer works through her issues...I think she's coming slowly around, and I'm loving McDreamy so much right now for giving her the space to do that and still loving her at the same time.

How many more episodes are in the bank? Does anyone know? I love this show and I'm so hoping for a full season!

Yeah. They have definitely brought up Alex's feelings for Izzie every so often ever since season two. So I think it is something that they must be still toying with. I think that is my fave pairing on the show. There's a sweetness that Izzie brings out in Alex.

How many more episodes are in the bank? Does anyone know? I love this show and I'm so hoping for a full season!

What do you guys think about the Chief and Bailey hooking up?? There seems to be trouble in Bailey's marriage (the Halloween Episode) and they have always been great colleagues...

Or the Chief and Hahn?? (You know who Hahn is right?? "It rubs the lotion on it's skin" - Silence of the Lambs...)

I like Alex with Lexie. I really don't want Ava to return now... OR I want Alex with Izzie. I still remember how sweet he was to her after Denny died. When he scooped her up and held her while she cried...

However, the thoughts of McSteamy and Izzie together would be very HOTT!

I'm getting a little tired of Christina being the girl with the "kick me" sign on her butt. Part of the reason I liked Christina was for her abrasiveness!
