Wwhewwhoooooyaaa!!! Okay for me this episode was awesome in the sheer amount of Krypton backstory. Forgive me if some of this has been shown in the series before. But it was surprising that Clark's mom actually picked the Kents and scouted out their home before he was even born.
I was also very surprised to find out that Kara's dad actually was a bad man and had just been erasing her memory. Whoa, it's amazing how much like Lex he actually is. Coveting what Jor-El had. And noooooo, grabbing DNA of the girl he obsessed to clone her doesn't sound familiar at all!!!
Chuggachugga, next week could really kick some ass as well.
Speaking of Lana, this Isis thing is suspicious and more than just the fact it is a front for all her spying on Lex. I wonder what else she is up to. Thank goodness, she spotted Chloe before Chloe revealed herself. I wonder if this is just natural paranoia on Chloe's part to not share or if very wise. Poor Chloe can't even share with her former best friend.
And double awwww, when Jimmy turned her down for lunch. I was chilled by how Chloe expressed how alone she felt at that moment. And truly she is. Jimmy's with Kara, then Clark and Kara, Clark and Lana, finally, Lana and her tv spy screens. Where's Lois!!! I guess I just got really attached to having her in episodes last year.
I like the softer gentler Lex. I wish someone would recognize it as that would make for even better story. I'd hate for him to be a decent person and then just give it up since he feels no one notices. I'd rather see some more acceptance and eventual betrayals.
