First thing first. Who can tell me what happened at the end. My stupid DVR cut out. I keep meaning to fix it to record a couple minutes later because the show always runs over. It cut out as Mer and Cris were in bed and Chris was talking about how they need to sleep.

Second, this was an improvement from the lameness of last week. There were actually quite a few things I liked. Izzie is always so wonderful with patients. I love how she laid on the OR table and checked out what it would be like for the birdwatcher. The wedding dress debacle was silly but people do do these kind of things. That blonde hair contestant was such a bitch! I'm glad she lost. She needs to get her priorities straight. Also liked Hahn asking if Sloane and Derek were together.

I found Cristina super cold in this ep. I mean, she's always like this so it's not that something was off in her character. I guess it just it hit me different tonight. It's like she has no empathy at all. But I guess they really drilled that in in this ep so that when she is watching Izzie in the surgery she realizes what she is lacking. So, I forgive her.

Okay, I'm done for now. Don't feel like more. But please tell me what I missed! Oh, wait! ABC puts them on their website. I suppose I can go watch the end there.

I really Liked This Episode, BTW My mom wanted to watch ER so I missed the End also. I Especially Liked the Sky diver storyline, I thought it was awesome, and then the fact that all of them were watching happen on the video. It was just cool. But I enjoyed it alot better than usual. I especially like the Fact that Alex and "Meridith's sister" have started something. It will be interesting to see what happens there.

I remembered one thing that pissed me off about the ep.

When birdwatcher was having his surgery and freaking out about being watched why didn't they just have the gallery cleared?! I mean, seriously. His life hangs in the balance. Get rid of all the people watching!

Probably because it was happening so quickly and the surgeon with the most say for that, Dr. Hahn, was preoccupied with an open and concious patient and also was not accustomed to Seattle Grace that well. for her first formal surgery at SG, that was pretty ambitous.

Another possible reason is that it is a learning hospital, so they probably try not to clear the OR gallery if at all possible. Sadly patients reacting in such a way is a thing that most of them will come across in their careers.

All of that crossed my mind. But it just seems so intuitive to me that they would clear the gallery. It does not matter at that moment that SG is a learning hospital. A patient's life is at risk and you do what is necessary to ensure their survival. If I were Izzie I would have instructed the gallery be cleared because I get that Hahn was busy enough.

It's not as if the surgery wasn't being videotaped or filmed. People can learn from it later.

She did calm him down well though. Even if it was in the cheesiest way possible.

Phew this episode wasn't too bad. Mind you that's with all the Meredith scenes on fast forward still The only bit of her I liked was when she started telling Christina something and Christina asks if it's about her and Meredith said no and Christina say 'of course not'! It must be impossible to be friends with such a self involved person.. considereing Christina is hardcore and selfish also I don't know how they are ever friends!

Ok so the whole letting go wedding dress and guy falling was a bit lame, they used to have much better storylines to match the lives of the residents/interins /sigh

I loved Dr Hahn. Especially asking Derek and Mark if they were together, and then when she was pulled into the Chief's office she was great. She'd be a great chief! When she called Derek and Mark 'pretty and prettier' I laughed so hard

Izzie was nice, well when she was doing the surgery stuff. I laughed at the end when George asked if she'd only shaved one leg though! But her tears just annoy me so much. It's like get a grip girl!

I liked Lexi in this episode, especially when she was convincing one of the crazy brides to have the surgery.. and her and Alex... not really something that should have happened IMO.. he said he was into another girl.. clearly he's not all that into her! But it was funny when Meredith came out and saw them!

There wasn't enough Bailey in this episode! But I am enjoying Dr Hahn. But I do feel she's here to replace Addison and I liked Addison more. But yeah, still better than last week!!

My feelings about this episode was that it was just... dull.

The wedding dress thing was just... bleh.

I just feel with Meredith the whole thing has been recycled about a million times... she's scared to commit... so? Damn, if she was a guy, it would just be like... so? Guys can't commit... blah-di-blah-blah. Instead, they make a federal case every episode about the fact that she won't deal with her shit.

I'm loving Dr. Hahn. Cool chick! 'Pretty and Prettier" was the funniest line, and her showing up at the end and playing monopoly- that was awesome!

Still so opposed to Gizzie- if the "be hardcore Izzie" line had come from friend George, not adulterous George, I would have loved it! So glad they didn't sleep together yet!

As for the Alex/Lexie thing- well, he was straight with her, and she obviously decided she still wanted sex... so, that's cool. I was okay with that.

I couldn't agree more. My mind kept wandering while watching this ep, it just did not hold my interest at all. Well, at least it was not quite as annoying as last week's ep.

One of the reasons I found this ep so boring. If the writers can't think of a new storyline for Meredith, why don't they focus on other characters who are more interesting?

Agreed! I also loved when Dr. Hahn asked Mark and Derek if they were a couple. My mind went into slash overdrive!

Yeah me too but even seeing them cuddling together was just so icky! And what was up with Izzie crying so much in that scene? I found that really annoying! I had to chuckle though at the fact that she shaved only one leg.

I guess, although I'm not sure if another new unexpected couple is what the show needs right now. *shrugs*
