I always asked myself...Could or did Buffy had sex with Spike after the soul restoration spell at the end of Grave...We never seen them having sex during the whole 7 season, so was it possible or the "one minute of happiness" was only part of the Gypsy spell ???

And an other question, any person who watched Buffy a lillte carefully would say Buffy had sex with four pepole: Angel, Parker, Riley and Spike...But what about R.J in Him, they didn't do it all the way cause of (or thanks to) Xander but can we consider they had sex ?

Up until Chosen that is most certainly a "no" They were no longer intimate with eachother after they broke up in the sixth season, they didn't even kiss. The closest they got to eachother was lying together. However, in Chosen the camera fades away as she comes down into the basement to see Spike. Whedon says he never showed what happened that night because he wanted to leave it up to the fans and their imaginations. If they wanted them to fight, they fought, if they wanted them to have sex, they had sex. However, there is nothing certain about this and no real answer. IMO I don't think they had sex, but another could have a different opinion; neither is wrong. However, what is certain is that we never saw them have sex or kiss ever again.

Oh and the gypsy curse was unique to Angel. The perfect happiness was only a factor with Angel because the gypsies and the specific curse they used on him to restore his soul. We aren't sure on the exact details of how the demon gave Spike back his soul but as far as we know it had no side effects.

Well nope as you said they didn't go all the way, therefore they didn't have sex so it really wouldn't make sense for us to consider it as sex because they never actually had sex

1. No, they did not have sex in s7. If they had I think the writers would have made that clear. As for the gypsy curse...that didn't apply to Spike.

2. No. You can't consider that they had sex. Because they didn't. Therefore you can't consider that they did.

EDIT: as vampmogs wrote, there is "Chosen" and I did read that Joss said that. But I don't think they did either.
