  • Buffy Merchandise!

I was just wondering now that summer's around if there would be any good buffy stuff to invest in to help the time pass. Just wanted to know if there is anything worthwhile to get that all bufffy fans should have! Appreciate your help!

I've got the Buffy board game, and although it's a bit difficult to understand at first, it is pretty good fun!

I don't know if they count, but some of the books are pretty good I particularly love 'What Would Buffy Do? The Vampire Slayer as a Spiritual Guide'

I heard that there's an RPG. Does anyone know if it's any good?

I am starting a Series next Friday, as it happens. Sadly, Eden Studios lost its license to produce the game a couple of years ago, so most of the books are OOP. But they can be obtained with a modicum of effort.

The system is a good one. Rather than trying to create a sword and sorcery simulation with a 'realistic' feeling (which a dozen other RPGs do), it strives to create the feeling of being in the show. The Core Rulebook is chock full of quotations and is brilliantly designed to accomplish that goal. Just reading it for what was going to be a one-off game got me so jazzed I started writing a setting and planning a whole Series (set in DC, 1990 - I don't muck with canon).

For a more in-depth review, I commend you to this rpg.net review.

I didn't jump. I took a tiny step, and there conclusions were.

I can recommend the book "The Quotable Slayer" It's enjoyable, nice to remember the remarkable quotes divided according to the topics...

Yes, Although there are quite a few quotes and episodes that are wrong.

I love the Palz action figures!

The Buffy Omnibus Books are also really great comic books. The first and second are all about buffy pre-sunnydale and going through her parents divorce and moving to sunnydale! Great reads and worth your time and money!

I actually bought this book ages ago and never did anything with it. It's a fantastic looking book, but I've never really got into role playing games tbh.
But if anyone's interested in buying a copy, drop me a line.

I kind of want the scythe, but it's like $300. I think there's a mini one out there for $20 though.

Mostly, I want Willow's Dingoes poster!
