Thanks! I made them myself (lol, yeah I know, no life.. ). I know what you mean. I was re-watching all the Buffy episodes (I'm at Doppelgangland now) and I felt sad that Buffy's off.

Lol, thanks.. And, no, I don't think so. Well, in my opinion, none of the episodes are perfectly perfect. There's always that slight drawback, but I'd say my all-time favourite episodes would be the ones that merit nine stars. Am doing season four now.

Good work, I'm currently working on reviewing season 1 of Babylon 5 for a site I write for. And I'm thinking of beginning my episode by episode reviews of Buffy and Angel with season 1 of Buffy before I start on season 2 of B5. I might review the Buffy movie first though, because while it isn't part of the Buffyverse proper it might work better to get that out of the way before I start on the series.

Becoming and Innocence deserve a 10, absolutely. Graduation pt 2 deserves a 9. Is there any episode that you just love beyond reason and you just wanted to give more than a 10?

Well, I'd say Innocence, Becoming and The Wish deserves a 9.9 thumbs.

Those are probly the Episodes (Plus Enemies and The Prom) That I would give a 10 to. 2. IRYJ does not derserve that many thumbs IMO its a very bad episode. Also IMHO Bad eggs and Ted should have as many thumbs either But Cant wait for the rest of the episodes

Season 4,IMO the worst but lets get started. Alot of these episodes are justly rated. I think Who Are You?, Hush, and Restless all shouldve had 10 stars and Superstar shoudlve had None

While we are talking about it, what do you feel about the later seasons of Buffy? There are a lot of people who dislike it.

btw, I?m actually planning to start a rewatch of Buffy on June, 2nd.

It's not that I dislike it, but I think the show started to go downhill when it moved to UPN. Season six, at first viewing, was great, in my opinion, but after joining the Buffyverse Freespace game, I found myself uninterested in saving a majority of the season six episodes; only concerned with guaranteeing Once More With Feeling, Grave and Tabula Rasa a spot in the top three.

Most of season seven was just plain awful. The introduction of the Potentials really bothered me, and although this seems like a popular opinion, I don't find it stressed enough: Kennedy SUCKS. The only season seven episodes that I truly liked was Conversations with Dead People, Chosen, Him and Help. I found episodes like Dirty Girls, Showtime and Lies My Parents Told Me just moderately watchable. Most of the rest are just plain bad, and I think I've only watched The Killer In Me once or twice my whole life. That is some kind of record, seeing as how I watched Teacher's Pet (which I rated three thumbs) around four times. I trust you'll be expecting a new kind of low for this particularly Kennedy-heavy episode?

I agree with you on Restless only. I think I should go and change some of my votes because, after thinking about it, some of these do deserve top marks. By the way, LOL on Superstar, but it had its moments too. I especially liked that quote from Xander lol...

I think Hush, Restless, Who Are you deserved a 10, all of them. The others are justly-rated.
About the later seasons, I agree to disagree. The later seasons are very interesting to me, very compelling. We get to see the Scoobies in a very dark light and that is very interesting to me. Season six is great because it took some risks, sure some things don?t work out but most of them do. And Buffy?s state of mind is very compelling, dark and makes up for some very poignant themes. Season seven is actually my number 3 season. What I like the most is what Buffy has to learn, she learns how to be a leader and its cots. Teaches to pass on her slayerhood and still learns valuable things about her.
