Which is the Best Score from Buffy (off one of the officially released soundtracks)... which invokes the deepest reaction from you?

At the moment it's Sacrifice from "The Gift". My heart swells a little whenever I listen to it. I love how delicate it is...

My heart goes with The Final Fight, so strong and epic, I can't listen to it without get chills! Come on, the "I want you to get out of my face" moment with the rising music (and the rising...music ) is just awesome!

I voted for 'Chosen' but I also loved the score for 'The Gift' and actually really liked the 'Buffy & Angel Love Theme' no matter how soppy the name.

Chosen was as Pandora's Box put it, so epic and strong. It was powerful and emotional and inspirational. Which is why I picked it first.

'The Gift' is more subtle yet nevertheless heartbreaking.

And the love theme for Buffy and Angel always comes with a little dose of nostalgia for me. When hearing it in 'Chosen' during their conversation I couldn't help but get a little nostalgic for the old days.

I'm voting for Sacrifice again, and I love 'the last fight' and 'Close your eyes'.
'Close you're eyes' is used so many times and I love it everytime again, 'The last fight' is great, it always sounds to me like the music of movies like LOTR or PotC.

But 'sacrifice' is chilling...

The full title is "Slayer Victory / Buffy & Spike Love Theme", actually, according to Robert Duncan's site. -- And yep, that's the one I voted for. My runners-up are "The Sacrifice" and "Close Your Eyes".

I voted for "Close your Eyes -Buffy + Angel Love Theme" when I first heard of this song I touched me very deeply and after I listened during season 2, I searched for it like crazy! I was so happy to find it. And I always play it on piano to remember what happend and feel their pain....

Hey, I also remember this "score" poll and thread thing I voted for "Sacrifice" It really impressed me from the first time I listened. If I didn't vote for that, I'd say "Close Your Eyes", which is also a great one! In addition, Restless song is also nice

Definitely Sacrifice, The Gift. It's just so beautiful, it's always been my favorite.

Definately "The Final Fight" from "Chosen." Its just so powerful and majestic. Although I love all of these. They are all amazing, and rival any score done for films. "Sacrifice" is heart-wrenching, and the suite from "Hush" can be quite terrifying.

I liked the score from Chosen, just because I like that episode a lot. The music really made it clear how ending the situation was. I'm glad Vi didn't die either. She and Mollie were my favorites. Stupid Caleb had to kill Mollie.

The Final Fight is my favourite for sure, its pretty epic sounding and really powerful. Another of my favourite scores which wasnt in the poll is 'Every Girl, A Slayer' from the montage before the final battle when all the potentials become Slayers and Buffy is giving her brill speech
