  • Laughing at inappropriate times

The first time me and my nephew watched "Hell's Bells," we cracked up when Xander hit Anya with a frying pan. It was so funny to us because we knew Xander would never do that. So what inappropriate scenes do you laugh at?

I know I shouldn't laugh, but I always do in 5x5 when Cordy comes to from her unconscious state and she's telling Angel how Faith attacked them. I always laugh because Charisma did such a poor job crying in that scene...come on, a 5 year could fake-cry better than that...

I'm a die hard Bangel fan, but I'm not sure if I should cringe or laugh my butt off when Angel is telling Buffy that when he kisses her she won't wake up and she is like " when you kiss me I want to die". That is just so over dramatic.

When Fred died? You'd have to have no sense of humour not to giggle at that scene. It was so over written, not at all believable. When Wesley started reading The Little Princess, you had to laugh.

Wait...we weren't supposed to laugh? Boy is my face red.

If they'd wanted me to actually be sad, they should've had him reading something about Physics. That would've added a black comedy that would've made me respect the whole thing more than some bullshit about a stuffed fcking animal.

Now I'm angry not laughing. But did laugh at the time. "Why can't I stayyyyyyyy?" - because you're a naughty girl and it's past your bedtime, smacked bottom for you!

In IWRY when Angel tells Buffy about what he did, and she gets the weirdest expression on her face that I've ever seen--I mean, usually SMG does a pretty good job at crying, but she just looked comical in this final crying scene in IWRY! Not to mention Angel's and crying...And her whole repetition of "I won't forget!" But then...she does! Which makes the whole episode title rather silly....

And the "When you kiss me, I wanna die" is pretty bad as well!
Promise that you'll return to me.

Another Charisma couldn't cry moment...in Room with a Vu when the ghost is tearing the house apart and Angel is trying to get Cordy up to help with the spell...OMG, that crying is so pathetic and fake that it's actually hilarious...

I laugh pretty much any time Dawn is upset/crying because...well...I don't much care for Dawn and MT's "distressed voice" (the one where she makes her voice low to try and sound intense/serious) sounds really dumb. And obnoxious.

I know what you mean...the episode where she tells everybody to get out of her room (I can't remember which one it is now) but she starts screaming and ends up shrieking the 'get out get out get out!' It's too funny not to laugh at the hysterics.

It's funny. Even my niece, who is the same age as Dawn was supossed to be at that time thinks she's annoying.

Last night I re-watched Becoming Part 1, and though it shouldn't be 'funny' I laughed when Drusilla killed Kendra...it was just so cheesy. And then when she said 'nite nite ' I couldn't help but chuckle...

I always laugh when Spike tells Buffy he tries not to love her in Dead Things and she yells "try harder" and punches him across the alley... and when she beats him so much in the face he goes all puffy

Sunny: Parents should have to take like a test or something, before they can have kids. And if they're - drunks, or idiots, or evil - they should be sterilized."

Connor: "If they're evil they should be killed."

I don't know why, it's just that Connor so deadpan and what he said just sounded strange to me.

Also when Spike gets hit in the back of the head in WML. Don't know why, makes me laugh.

When Cordy was crying over Faith beating her up in 5x5, just really bad acting.

Sometimes when I watch the fight in Becoming Part 2 because Angel's stunt double looks like Xander.

That is about the only bad thing about this episode- that and how Spike can somehow choke Dru.. you know the vampire who doesn't breathe The stunt doubles, especially DB's, were just so obviously seen- he had a completely different hairstyle.

I was watching Five by Five on TNT today, and the scene with Faith dancing in the club made me laugh. I broke out laughing at the same time as the crowd broke out fighting. I guess it just seemed a bit over-the-top --oh, look how bad Faith is being! Plus, I sometimes have that kind of weird reaction to things when it's early in the morning.

I had to leave for work before I got to that Cordelia crying scene that someone mentioned. It might be cool as well, when I get around to seeing it.

I remember bursting out laughing when Tara was shot, but then i felt bad. I also remember laughing when buffy gave that final speech in Chosen because I just, i don't know, I found it hilarious, but now when i watch it again i don't find it that funny.whenever buffy cries real bad like in Dead Things, that is just funny...

I think the title "I Will Remember You' is focused on Angel and how he will remember her, he doesn't forget; given that it is Angel's show and everything Although in this episode it might as well be Buffy's.

Did anyone else laugh when Holden was talking to Buffy in the graveyard, and then from nowhere, SMACK! She seemed so hurt afterwards too, like a vampire trying to kill her, the Slayer, was such a BIG betrayal! I don't know, it sounds a little perverse to laugh, but it seemed like the second she opened up and was vulnerable, Joss laid down the pain.
