There isn't a thread for this under the Jossverse section like at BW but I thought you SN fans would want to know about the Creation Entertainment's
SALUTE TO SUPERNATURAL, SMALLVILLE AND BUFFY/ANGEL Convention. (Mods feel free to move this to the correct place)

So far the only confirmed guest is Jared Padalecki.

Well I had already started a thread for the convention that went on this year and the one that is taking place next year, but hey, I can repost the details of those in here.

There is also Asylum 2008 by Rogue Events who ran the Asylum event this year with guests such as Jensen Ackles, Alona Tal, Nicki Aycox, Brooke Nevin plus smallville guests. Tickets for this event will be going on sale August 1st, and as it stands no guests have been announced, but it will be in the UK again and near Birmingham again. Asylum 2007 was an awesome event and I can't wait for next year's already! Rogue Events will be announcing further details of the show soon, so I'll post them here as I get them!
EDIT: meant to say the event will be may 9th-11th 2008

And if Jensen is going I demand that you all go as he is such a sweetheart and you'll all love him to kibbles n bits!

So anyone going?

My fiancee and I are going to the one this year. I told him about it the other day and he got all excited. We have never been to any Buffy conventions or anything like that, so I don't know what to expect. We're considering going to Fangoria too because that would rock, but we will have to see. The one in Chicago isn't far though because we live in Minneapolis, so that's nice. It should be fun!

OOohh...i heard about Asylum 07, but im hping Jensen will be at Asylum 08. i missed it this year so need to make it next year, so fingers corssed the boys are there....Any info on it plz PM me. thanks
