Best Season Special Features

Simple. Opposite of my other. What is the box set with the BEST special features?

Angel never had very good special features, and Buffy always seemed to throw out our main character. With that said, I thought BTVS Season 6 and 7 were the best, special features wise. Season 6 had a very long interview that was great! It was awesome seeing all those actors, writers, and producers sitting in a row, making jokes. Loved it. It also had the documentary which was amazing, and also, it had the first Sarah Michelle Gellar appearance, and only.

Season 7 had all of Joss's favorites, which are just so much fun to find out.

i've only purchased Buffy Seasons 1-5 thusfar, and most of those I've gotten only recently. Haven't really liked too many of the special features. Some of the ep. commentaries were ok, and some were just terrible. Joss had a few good ones, but it also sounds like he absolutely HATES doing them, lol. I was a little disappointed that he didn't do commentary for "The Gift."

Out of those, I enjoyed Season 4s features the most. Joss and Seth Green did commentary on an episode and it was just hilarious, and a little bittersweet, as it seems like they really enjoyed working together.

i love that extra on disc three of season 6 with the hour long talk thing! i was cracking up at like 1am! my sister kept walking in to see what i was doing!

angel has superior special features, imo. better gag reels (definitely! the btvs ones are bleh except for balthazar and show nothing from the full series--the "wops" gag didn't even make the gag reel, but made its way onto the internet as a bootleg--the ats ones are hysterical! and are cumulative for the entire series) and ats was the ONLY series to have deleted scenes and screen tests, etc... on btvs' side, they have the making of "once more, with feeling" being the relative highlight. both series included behind the scenes features like tours of sets and makeup. and of course, sarah michelle gellar is nowhere to be found, whereas david boreanaz seems to be everywhere.

season 3 has two deleted scenes and two screen tests. season 5 has the king of all gag reels.
