  • Groo spin-off

Does anybody else wish this had happened? Hell, even a virtual series in script format on the Internet would be call. Mark Lutz's character was underused.

    Noooooooooooooooooooooo.
He was good, but not *get your own show* good.

Groo is only fantastic as a character because he is the anti-Angel, but I doubt that his show would be watchable. He is so happy and good ... and he likes everything and everybody. I doubt that Groo could carry a show in his own.

Perhaps he'll have an issue focusing on him in the comics but other than that I can't see much else about him on his own as a mina focus character. Although i do want to know about if he knows about Cordy and how he found out, how he felt.

          I loved Groo!!

I think they should of touched on where he went after he left the gang! He was a great, funny character and a great fighter. I dont think he wld of been a good character to spin-off.. but they could of had a guest apperance or something!

He had no personality to do a show they would really have to change the character. Plus I didn't really like him that much so no.

Agreed. But, it would've been kinda cool if they could have somehow written him in to show up for the final battle.

                  Do you read the comics?

                  Spoilers; Angel: After the Fall
                  Spoiler:
Groo is there, he fights with/for Lorne. He doesn't have a big role, but he is fighting in the big battle.

No I didn't mind the character, he was good a counter Angel for Cordelia to be involved. He was a male Anya getting use to the world and being very blunt and doesn't understand the world we live in...

They tried to make a character a comical addition that didn't work out. He didn't have enough character to hold his own series, or even supporting cast. I doubt he would ever have a series... The character just wasn't that entertaining.
