    Name is Brad, From Sydney Australia... hello fellow Aussies if there are any.
    Just finished watching all the buffy DVDs like 2 weeks ago (ggreat uni procrastination) and i have the first buffy Season 8 Trade. halfway through angel season 2 now and loving it. They were on sale at JBHIFI for AU$22 (US$20) a season ATM... thats good for here.
    Im absically a Nerd... Studying Nanotechnology at University of New South Wales (one of the Aussie "ivy league" i.e. most prestigous) in Honours year majuring in surface organic chemistry. Also love comics esp, Batman, Daredevil and anything by Mark Millar (wanted and kick ass)

          That is pretty sweet! And yup, you need to be vip first but you could always put that as a link in your sig. People would then still be able to see it if they click into the link. As for the size of a normal sig, it needs to be 500x150. Yours is looking a tad larger.

            yeah its a fair bit bigger.... 900x300.. still needs some major tweaking. the angel pic is from the varient cover of after the fall issue 1 i think... cant wait to read them... need to finish these dvds first.

              Yes, the dvd's should come first. Although I'm not a fan of Angel so it wouldn't bother me too much if I had missed them.

                Not an angel fan?... i like it just as much... maybe a bit more than buffy... at least the latter seasons where buffy got a bit whiney. Ill take brooding over whining anyday. i think i like the darker nature of angel... reminds me of batman i guess who is my fav char out of anything

                  I just never got into it. I saw the eps when they were on tv and never bothered to invest in the dvd's. But I agree that the last season's of Buffy were whiny.

                    Hey Brad wassup, Hope u have fun here. If u like Angel Wait til Season 5 Its the Best season by a Long shot. The Begininng not Very good but the Greatness of the last half of the season makes up for it.

                        Hey, another Sydneysider . Do you read the Buffy comics? Cause if so, you probably go to King's Comics as well. Any opinions?

                          nah i dont go to kings... i use Phantom Zone they are at Chatswood and Parra. for TPB i used to to to kinokunia or however you spell it near town hall. And yes i do read buffy comics, i have omnibus 1 and the first S8 TB, lol the angel in your avatar is the same one i used in my sig a few posts up..

                            Welcome! I love both series but Angel is my favorite character so feel free to talk about Angel anytime with me And I love Batman! Maybe that was the original underline reason for loving Angel so much In all seriousness I do like that they give Batman some love with certain things Angel does. Always in the shadows, jumping off rooftops etc. I look forward to chatting with you!

                                  Hey Brad! I live in Sydney also and am thinking about which Uni to go to. I'm thinking mainly Sydney Uni. tell about UNSW.

                                  How hard is Nanotechnology? I mean there's not really much you can build on that level.

                                  I go to a selective high school. And I did the "Upload" to. About 4 months ago.

                                  Do you know any good places to get the comics especially in Western Sydney?

                                  Yeah Ats is better than Btvs. Especially like you said because Buffy gets slightly annoying.
