Buffy Fans In Iowa! Yes...IOWA!

I've finally broke down and started using my computer.
I've finally started posting on Forums, which my friends do frequently.
And where do I come...where do I post?
FRIKKING BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER.
The show has been making its way into my scene again lately, but my fan friends have seen it already and my new friends don't care. I, however, am plowing my way through the show for the first time in years, and have NO ONE TO DISCUSS IT WITH!
So, this is a shout out to any other Whedon-Verse fans, especially those of you in the great state of Iowa. There are too few of us.

I'm a college kid, in a college town, full of college bars. I told all my friends last night that I had been doing my first forum posting...for BTVS.
Then they threw drinks in my face, and my girlfriend left me.
*sigh*
Oh, speaking of Iowa, we are entirely underwater right now. Big floods everywhere. I know this doesn't have much to do with Buffy, but I suspect some kind of mystical shenanigans behind this...
Wait...does 'God' count as a 'mystical shenanigan?' Because I'm pretty sure this is his fault...

The weather has been crazy in the Midwest these days. This is the reason I hate Summer. BTW I'm speaking to you from the state above yours. It's not as bad here as it is there though.

It could possibly be! Although I always assumed our water ran into the cheese head state.

It probably does. I'm not sure where our water comes from, I just know it's somewhere with a lot of Arsenic because Iowa City water is full of Arsenic.
Also, a couple of years ago we found out people had been illegally dumping dead livestock into tributaries, and our water in town eventually showed a measurable level of 'Cow' when they tested it. Yes, we had, like , 5% 'Cow' in our water until they busted those perps.
I love the Midwest.

Haha!! at your friends reaction! Well it's not fun to do anything that's accepted by everyone. Must be that 5% Cow driving you to do try such harebrained antics as forum posting!
