Hello there, I can't tell you how excited I am to be here, but also a little embarrassed that I never thought to look for a place like this earlier. Buffy is my all time favorite show, though I enjoyed Angel as well and I still miss the characters and the shows. I adore Joss Whedon and will check out anything he is apart of, though I am sad to say I have not experienced the show Firefly yet but have seen the movie Serenity.

I always strive to keep my biases away so that I can be useful in all discussions but just for the record Buffy and Angel will always be endgame for me. I loathe the character of Dawn, being an only child myself I loved that aspect of Buffy and I felt Dawn brought nothing to show. (However,MT is great and I am thrilled to see her keep popping up in shows). For the most part I did not enjoy season 6.

Spike is one of my all time favorites, and deep down I wanted him to hook up with Faith...oh well.

All time favorite things:
Angel and Spike, the two of them in a scene together was golden and I loved their complex friendship/rivalery
Oz...loved him, great character, loved him with Willow and I cannot say enough about Seth Green.
Once More With Feeling, The Body, Hush, and the Asylum episodes. I also love the one where Faith and Buffy switch places but can't think of the name.

I could go on and on but I have to go for now. As you can see I love to talk Look forward to talking with everyone on the forums!

That's sweet. Mines the Minnesota Wild (mostly 'cause I have to root for the home team ) 3rd in the Western conference baby!!!! WOOT. My second favorite would be the Colorado Avalanche. It's nice to have another hockey fan on the forum.

Hi gang, I'm new too. I adore BtVS. Buffy is probably my most favourite character, but I really love all of them and would forgive most of the Core 4 just about anything. I'm more ambivalent about Joyce, Dawn, and Tara.

Love Drusilla, Oz, Angel, Spike, Faith, the Mayor, and too many eps to list.

I've only seen bits and pieces of AtS, a couple things irritated me, but I may try watching the whole thing one of these days. I'm intensely curious about what happens to Wesley, so sooner or later I'm sure I'll give in.

I resisted watching BtVS for years on the assumption that a) I hated Sarah Michelle Gellar, and b) the show was just completely cheesy and stupid. Fortunately I ended up seeing S.1 in spite of this. I got completely addicted and developed a mad crush on SMG in the process. Ironic. I now spend way too much time watching, talking, and reading all things BtVS.

Maybe I should revisit all those other shows I resisted...

Blasterboy: So you don't like Spike? Having different ideas on characters is what makes places like this forum interesting. Sometime I would love to hear your take on the character, or maybe when I catch up on more of the threads I will find out your reasoning for the non-Spike love. Should be alot of fun either way! Thanks for the help on that episode!

holypotatoes: A West hockey fan, so fun...my husband is a big Wild fan, he loves Rolston and Burns. I wish you the best of luck, I know you guys are great hockey fans and it would be great to see such loyal hockey fans be able to enjoy the cup. And then maybe next year you and I could have a fun East vs. West rivalry going on, Lightning need to be more competitive for that to happen obviously.

J/K, I actually am a native Floridan who cheers for both FSU and Florida (I know weird) but I do favor Gators more...unfortunately I am more of a NFL girl now, I followed alot of players from college years ago but I defiantly hope FSU bounces back after a really rough year.

Thanks for the luck. It's highly doubtful we'll make it to the cup but that would be so exciting if it did happen. I'm definitely up for some hockey rivalry for next year. It's rare to actually find a hockey fan on here.

Sassy: Oh no another non-spike fan so sad...but like I said to Blasterboy I would love to chat with you on the Spike subject sometime. For me JM just makes Spike so complex I just can't help but want to watch what happens next.

Don't worry I stay subscribed to my welcome threads. And thank you. I was so mad the other day. I can't believe they lost. It was sooooooo close too. I shouldn't be surprised though. Every team here loses. What we need to do next year is steal the Avalanches damn goalie! That's the reason we lost that 2nd to last game. We were playing great but their goalie was just spectacular. Right now I have root for my Avalanche. It's my second favorite team. I can't be bitter about the Wild loss.
