Forum Upgrade

This is for anyone who didn't see the Global Annoucement.

I will be upgrading the forum today and will need to take it offline when I do so.

I made a backup at 9am this morning incase of any problems, so I suggest not posting too much until the forum is back up as it might get lost if all doesn't go as planned.

I will keep you all updated in here

The upgrade is complete and was successful. Most of you won't notice a difference around the board as most of the changes have to do with security and database management.

Don't know when you added this but love the little pulldown menu next to the username up where you get notification about new pm's and rep points

That was added in this upgrade, there are a few minor things that you will notice have changed around the forum. Hopefully it will help it run smoother for everyone

Well anything else is news to me too. It's just a slightly newer version, we went from 3.6.7 to 3.6.8 and they said it was mainly security issues that they had fixed in this release!

Yeah, I was wondering why the bar at the top of "Subscribed Threads" was suddenly so thick....

Glad it went well without any crashes though!
