    See those are good points in its favour, and I'd actually forgotten about Peter Cook, but 'The Black Adder' himself was just so unbearable it outweighed the positives for me. You've got to love Brian Blessed though. He knows what he does and does it well.

    Yes period dramas count. Any tv show, shot in English, but set in a country whose national language is not English.
