    Keto goes against every healthy nutrition rule I believed in. I've been cutting fat and dairy and meat and eating more and more beans and grains and veg and fruit while gaining weight . Now I've given up carbs that I think are healthy (yams, beans, quinoa) and fruit and I eat all the dairy, meat, and veg that grows above ground I want and I consistently lose weight every week. I can't believe replacing apples with bacon is good for me but it's nice to see the scale going the other way for a change.

    Can that be healthy? But I guess if you are losing weight it can't be a bad thing. I'm veggie, so it wouldn't work for me
