Willow's Best Hair

I don't know if anyone else noticed this, but Willow's hair seemed to get redder and shorter as the seasons progressed, and then was long again in S7. Which of Willow's hairstyles did the rest of you like the most? I liked her hair in S3. It was a nice shade of red, and the length was cute.

well, since I appraised Buffy's hair today, let's do Willow's too. I liked it best in season four. It was shortish, kinda feathery, and I thought made a nice 'look' when combined with the flowiness that was season four's clothing options. Long hair would have been a little too 'hippy' with some of the clothes in s4, but shorter hair made a 'free' look, still look clean.

Another point I have is (I really hate Willow's hair in season seven, btw- I want at it with some scissors or a razor) is that in season seven Willow is trying desperately (and failing to a certain degree) to regain some of her prior innocence, which goes nicely with the hair returning to a longer stage- but (coincidently?) kinda failing...

(And I thought I was only going to write an essay on Buffy's hair today. Damn!)

I actually think Willow was at her hottest during season seven with the longer hair. :)

I also thought her hair made her look very attractive in the early stages of s4 but got a little too hippie for my liking towards the end of the season.

The hair style Willow had in season 4, was the one I liked the most, the short cut of the hair and the reddish color suited Willow very well.

Difficult question for me...cause early season 6, the hair is really stylish (mostly the "after life" last speech with Buffy) and she's really woman-like in season seven, mostly at the end, really pretty, but I voted for season four because I think the hair really lookedlike her personnality, cute, funny and a little crazy...

Willow's hair in season 7. Tell you the truth, I prefer long haired girls....they look more beautiful that way.

I think the season 7 hair looked the best, because just like a few people have already mentioned, she looked more mature, or whatever. But I really liked the season 4 hair too, it was cute on her. :)

May I take a moment to point out that Willow's S3 and S4 looks almost got her sired, and by a vamp that called her "Red"? Spike is a little picky too. Just thought I'd add a new thought to the conversation.

End of Season 6 hair! I loved Willow with black hair! Why they didn't keep it I will never know ;)

Though if we are going by regular hair I would say early Season 4 hair and Season 7 hair, she looked so beautiful with those styles.

Though Dark!Willow hair will always be my fave :lol:

I really really liked her hair in Season 4. I think it went well with her knew-found dress sense.. ie, VERY funky :p It just suited her so well. I also liked her hair in Season 7. It was long, but not long and lanky, like it was in Season 1.

I love the Black hair the best( Dark willow). But I chose season seven cuz she looks the best in that season

I think her hair styles suited her personality because season 1 the long plain hair was sort of a cover up (becuase she was so shy it was easy to hide behind it) but in season 4 she was gained so much more confidence and there for suited the croped short red head look....but personly i loved her hair the most in season 7 when it was longish and layerd.

Ive voted for s3 however Ive realized that I love everystyle equally,cuz theyre all Wil and shes all cute sweet with those styles..there are just some expections but usually love 'em all!:D

I voted for season 5 and I tried that cut to my hair that was awesome. But as Selen said I love all of them because It's our lovely Willow!! I personally think that seasons style's are the very right choice for the style of Willow in that season. For example, season1 and 2 It was the innocence Willlow and the nerd so I cant really think with the season 5 style for Willow in season 1.:D:D congrats hair stylists in this all of them was right for willow to seasons to season.

I think Willow looked her best during Season 7, but I voted for Season 4 for her hair. She look awesome in both those seasons, but I think she really suits her hair shorter. Her best hair was in Season 4, 5 and 7 I think.

I loved every hairstyle of Willow's except the short shapeless look she had in season 3, I believe it was. I personally voted for the layered medium-length. Then again, Willow looks cute in just about anything :)

Although I really liked Willow's haircut in S3, S7 is my favorite hair ever for her. The S4 & S5 short cut was cute on her, but I like her hair a bit longer, at least shoulder length. But in S7 it just looked classier, like she'd finally grown up.
