Massive numbers of guests on a forum usually means that the search engine bots are out in force - it happens from time to time, and is always pause for thought for anyone who sees them trundling around! But they are just bots, not actual people browsing.

They are all bots. Probably google. It used to happen all the time too. Has no meaning. We get them here sometimes.
