How Long To Stay Logged On

Okay, I know some forums have the "stay on for....6 hours/1 day/a week/forever" thing. Do we have that? Because I was on for about a half hour, only inactive, and I refreshed, and I was signed out :s So, I don't know if that's a setting, or my computer :lol:

To my knowledge you're logged on for 15 minutes and thats it. beyond that it's up to the "remember me" option and your computers settings to decided if you stay logged on or not when you refresh the page. I've personally only ever had to sign onto the forum maybe a dozen times?

Yeah, I am always signed in myself.

I couldn't find an option like that in the user cp. I didn't think I would though. You should stay logged on through your system's internet cookies. I would check your browser settings and see if something didn't get messed up there.

I don't know if this is what you mean, Jenni, but it says at one spot:

Accept Cookies From Sites - Check or Uncheck

Keep Until: They expire, close firefox, ask everytime

Does that have to do with it?

Yeah, that's what I was talking about. And in that tab you can set certain sites to allow cookies to never expire. It's called "Exceptions." I have BF set to allow in mine. :)
