Update on Frontsite?

I remember seeing a post by Nikki a while back about work being done designing a frontsite for BuffyForums. Obviously I'm not impatient for it, but I was just wondering if there was any update on how that was going, what kind of content is planned, etc.

Okay... I'm gonna go out on the limb (do NOT hit me with the pinata stick - it leaves marks...:() What is a "Frontsite"? Just a fancy name for a "home page"? "Teach me Grahs-hoppah..." ;)

Yeah, he means www.buffyforums.net as opposed to www.buffyforums.net/forums

Nikki wants to add content to it much like we has at BW.

Just the main page for www.buffyforums.net, I mean. I call everything a frontsite -- I used to work doing inside sales for an IT reseller and customer service for a major bank's website -- it's just what we called the home page of the site. Probably because when you're giving tech support, if you say home page, people think *their* home page.

I've done a lot of work on it already, but it still needs loads more. I just haven't had the time recently so it will be done when it's done I'm afraid. I can't guess at a time frame either. Sorry but it will happen at some point.. it's just a lot of work!

Hey, like I said, not impatient :) I know just admining the forum is a heck of a lot of work outside everything else -- designing the rest of the site is not that important.
