First off, I want to thank Lyn for allowing me to post this challenge since my muse and my time are both very much gone. :hug:
Now to the good part. I am for the first time opening Black Lagoon up to the talent of another artist. I would like to welcome anyone and everyone to design a layout for the site. Now don't fret, I will code it so no knowledge of HTML is needed. I am open to any show or movie and celebrities, so really use this challenge as a spring board to try something new!
Just remember to save the PSD to your layout as I might ask you to make a few modifications so it better suites my site.
Now onto the part everyone is curious about. The first place winner will recieve their layout placed on my site for no less then 2 weeks and quite possibly longer. As well as mention/credit on my site and a link to their site, if they have one. Also, shiny awards will be given, so this will be treated as any other challenge.
Rules:
+Black Lagoon must be clearly marked on the image
+Header image must be at least 950 pixels in width
+Please include a Splash Image, no bigger then 750x650 (not required, but appreciated)
+Save your PSD's! I might wish you to make a small change or addition.
+Please list your resources
+Have fun!
